Can you quote the book, chapter, and verse of the scriptures I send to you? (Psssst... here's a hint: every verse I send is taken directly from one of our three daily readings.).

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." - Mark 11:24 (NIV)

Tuesday's Riddle: July 1, 2008
"So Zadok the priest, Nathan the prophet, Benaiah son of Jehoiada, the Kerethites and the Pelethites went down and put Solomon on King David's mule and escorted him to Gihon. Zadok the priest took the horn of oil from the sacred tent and anointed Solomon. Then they sounded the trumpet and all the people shouted, 'Long live King Solomon!'" - 1 Kings 1:38-39 (NIV)

Monday's Riddle: June 30, 2008
"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." - Mark 10:45 (honorable mention: Matthew 20:28) (NIV)

Sunday's Riddle: June 29, 2008
"The God of Israel spoke, the Rock of Israel said to me: 'When one rules over men in righteousness, when he rules in the fear of God, he is like the light of morning at sunrise on a cloudless morning, like the brightness after rain that brings the grass from the earth.'" - 2 Samuel 23:3-4 (NIV)
